Ring Designs




The rings that are shown in this small collection are fast thoughts based on a previous ring that I designed.

I thought I would show a few other concepts in this style keeping them simple without to much elaboration.

The theme has basically a center layout with a thin wire sub support in there shanks.

The shanks are all derived from the same concept , a double wire concept giving some volume without mass. this is a very light weight concept.

Another thing that should be noticed is when I was doing the rough layouts I noticed that there might be an interesting concept that could develop if I used a mirror showing a reflection of the first style .  When I turned the mirror at different angles it stimulated my imagination to see a new concept.

What I would like to offer in the next layout sheet are the different side views and how I do those layouts.

DESIGNING with THE LINE - The Curved Line - STRAIGHT LINE, "V" LINE, CURVED LINE, & "S" LINE

Here is another view of the Curved link bracelet with a lined side view as mentioned earlier on the basic page .* Below is a photo of the Inside dimensions of a cult bracelet and a bangle bracelet . Notice the difference in their shapes. The oval is also used as a guide for link bracelets. The round bangle is made to slide over the hand and is very loose on the wrist. As you might know there are the other parts of the collection consisting of Necklace / pendants, earrings of different styles and rings. The Circle template

The Circle template Designing from Different Shapes - The Circle template - The Round circle, the Square shape and the Triangle This next series is based on 3 objects that when you look around you everything is basically in these 3 shapes or variations of them these shapes are:   The Round circle, the Square shape and the Triangle.
